Suspicious Attack to Körfez Roma Association

Unidentified person or persons attacked to Körfez Roma Tourism Culture and Art Activities Solidarity Association, which was established in Körfez district of Kocaeli (Marmara region, Turkey), and stole official papers of the association. Press clippings about the association which was hanged to the board was ripped by attackers who also damaged the furnitures in the association center. 

Bayram Denizci, the president of the association which is established in the prefabricated buildings owned to the municipality, said that the attackers damaged the center of the association with a great hostility. Security officials from Körfez Police Department collected evidences and made fingerprinting control after the incident. Bayram Denizci evaluated the incident with these words: "We hadn't opened the association for 4 days. Unidentified person or persons who joined in from the rear window damage our furniture. Our official papers are lost. Press clippings on the board are ripped. This place was given us by the mayor. He helped us too much. We will give back this prefabricated house to them. We will try to open a new place close to our houses."
